Keith and Kevin On Saying “No” EPS 139

Podcast: Play in new window | Download
Saying “no,” especially in the nursing community, gets a pretty bad rap. Saying “no” may come across as offensive or dismissive, especially if someone is relying on you.
Keith and Kevin take this opportunity to discuss what “no” really means, and to some degree you may actually be saying “yes” rather than saying “no.”
Confusing?
Well, not really, especially if you tune in with us to hear our enlightening approach to saying “no”, as well as what that’s going to mean for you now, and in the long run. Whether as an employee or an entrepreneur, this is a phrase you’re just going to have to get comfortable with.
Alright, so let’s take a moment for a gut check (probiotics optional, but recommended), and let’s see where today’s show takes us.
We also have a really big ASK from our community out there, and it’s so easy to do. We need your support through ratings and reviews on iTunes, Facebook, or Sticher. This really helps us in the rankings, and Keith and I want this platform’s reach to extend to as many nurses as possible.
