David advocates for taking 100% responsibility for our own destiny and knowing the difference of victim and owner inhow we relate with our life, personally and professionally.
Free Meditation Program
On September 28th, 2015, David and the good folks at The Mentor Channel (who also produced the famous Oprah Winfrey/Deepak Chopra 21-day meditation programs) are launching a free 21-day online meditation course for nurses. This program offers you, the health professional, an opportunity to reduce stress through a systematic meditation training program designed and developed by health and healing professionals.
Using brain imaging, neuroscience has proven that meditation can reduce stress, alleviate anxiety and depression and create a calm unavailable by any other natural means. Whatever a person is feeling inside is broadcasted to those they touch. In less than 15 minutes a day, you can reduce overwhelm from battling the problems of healthcare challenges, the problems of the marketplace for health and healing, and the impact of serving your patients’ health while taking care of yourself as well.
This program includes:
- A daily guided meditation with positive affirmations
- Tools for journaling
- Suggested activities for reflection
- Optional, extended meditations
