On episode 210 of RNFM Radio, Kevin and Elizabeth talk all about business partnerships (Keith is en absentia on this one). You’ll note that Kevin’s doing more and more singing on the show; is it as awful as he thinks? He even owns up to some of his weaknesses; listen up, folks!

Partnership is Key
Integrity: This is about being who you are and bringing your A-game to the table. Things may get in the way, but can you bring it on when you need to?

Communication: Do you effectively communicate with one another so that the vision can be manifested and the organization stays in its integrity? This can involve being honest when you’re unclear on what’s happening or what you need to do next, and the need to punt when you’re stuck.

Shared vision: What is the vision of your business endeavor? Is there a problem you’ve identified for which you have a vision? Is the end goal and vision shared by all of the partners involved?

Complimenting each other: In the context of Pulse Media and RNFM Radio, we find that Kevin’s, Elizabeth’s, and Keith’s skills and strengths compliment one another. Do you compliment one another? How do you bring the best aspects of one another to the table? We also hear that, in our organization, Elizabeth is represents spinach, Kevin is the tomato, and Keith is the bright orange carrot. Whaaaa????
