On February 12th, 2014, national experts Renee Thompson and Susan Strauss joined forces on RNFM Radio to share their expertise and views on nurse bullying and harassment. Susan Strauss RN Ed.D. is an international speaker, trainer and consultant. Her specialty areas include organization development, leadership development, and bullying and harassment.

Susan conducts bullying and harassment investigations, works as an expert witness for harassment and bullying lawsuits, and coaches managers and employees that need assistance in stopping their harassing or bullying behavior.

She has worked as an RN in the OR, pediatrics, med-surg, psychiatry, and public health. She has also been director of quality improvement, director of education and development, and other leadership roles.
